职位简介

PURPOSE OF POSITION：
Lead, manage and support the factory team to achieve the site objectives and contribute to the profitability of the company China operations

Objectives and strategies setting

· Manage team and factory performance through clear

setting of objectives and strategies

· Ensure that the efficiency of the manufacturing facility is maximised in order to support the profit and growth targets

· Develop and deliver the annual factory budget

Operating standards

· Ensure all external and internal operating standards are

met and that the company complies fully with all legislative and statutory requirements

· Committed to Health, Safety and Environment and implement practices that result in a safe and healthy workplace

Cost control

· Implement effective cost control and optimal use of

resources

· Continually review and organise the manufacturing practices by developing and implementing effective strategies that will ensure the continued improvement in cost of manufacture and cost to serve

· Plan capital expenditure in line with Company strategy and ensure that cash flows are monitored

Stakeholder relations maintenance

· Build and maintain effective and ethical relationships

with all internal and external stakeholders necessary to facilitate a profitable business for the Company

People Management

· Lead, develop and motivate a capable management team

who are fully aligned and committed to delivering all strategies and targets

· To establish and monitor the achievement of individual performance and objectives for all direct reports

岗位要求：

学历要求：全日制统招本科性别要求：不限语言要求：普通话专业要求：不限年龄要求：30-50工作年限：8年以上

任职资格的具体描述：

I) Education, qualifications and training

· University degree or comparable education in Manufacturing, Engineering, Economics or

Finance

· Deep understanding of different production processes, quality standards, production trends, competitors and markets

· Deep understanding of financial and manufacturing Key Performance Indicators

· Knowledge of AB Mauri Operations as well as local Business organisation

II) Experience

· 8+ years of experience in Operations and management experience with JV or MNC.

· Min. 3 years of plant’s function management (preferred Manufacturing, Business

Development)

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong ability to influence

· Business Acumen, Result Orientation

· Strategic, conceptual and analytical skills plus to drive continuous improvement and step changes

· Identify/Generate/Implement Best Practices/Tools

· Design & Recommendation of Appropriate Organisational Structure

· Entrepreneurial drive
